Officeku — HR Attendance & Internal Communication Application
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Genesis Projects ("we," "us," or "Company") governing your use of the Officeku mobile application ("Application").
You accept these Terms by:
- Installing the Application on your device
- Logging in using credentials provided by your employer
- Using any feature of the Application
If you are using Officeku as an employee of a company that has subscribed to our services, your use is also subject to any agreement between your employer and Genesis Projects.
2 Definitions

| "Employer" | The organization subscribed to Officeku authorizing your account |
| "HR System" | The backend system managed by your Employer connecting to Officeku |
| "Attendance Data" | Clock-in/out timestamps, location, selfies, and related records |
| "Beacon" | A Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) workplace presence detection device |
3 Eligibility & Account Access
To use Officeku, you must be at least 18 years of age, a current authorized employee of a subscribed company, and have a compatible Android (v8.0+) or iOS (v13+) device.
3.1 Account Credentials
Your account is created automatically by your Employer. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, changing default passwords immediately, and notifying HR if unauthorized access is suspected.
3.2 Account Deactivation
Your access will automatically deactivate when employment ends or when your account is removed from the HR System.
4 Permitted Use of the Application
Officeku is provided exclusively for authorized employment-related purposes: recording attendance, viewing logs, submitting override requests, reading company announcements, and viewing profiles.
5 Prohibited Activities
You must NOT use the Application to:
- Record attendance on behalf of another employee ("buddy punching" or proxy attendance)
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated attendance data
- Manipulate or attempt to bypass GPS location or Bluetooth Beacon detection
- Submit non-live photographs, screen captures, or photos of photos during clock-in
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to tamper with the Application
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Application
6 Device Permissions & How They Are Used

7 Attendance Data & Override Requests
7.1 Accuracy of Records
Attendance data (timestamps, GPS, selfies) is considered official employment record data. You are responsible for ensuring clock-in events are performed accurately and truthfully.
7.2 Override Requests
For off-site or technical adjustments, employees can submit digital override requests subject to direct supervisor review and audit trail logging.
7.3 Third-Party Face Analysis
Selfie photos are processed by encrypted 3D liveness verification pipelines to prevent photo spoofing. Facial data is processed solely for liveness verification and never retained post-check.
8 Intellectual Property & Data Privacy
The Application, software, and trademarks are owned by Genesis Projects. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license during active employment.
Personal data handling is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.
9 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We strive to maintain 99.9% monthly uptime. Genesis Projects is not liable for indirect damages, device location inaccuracies caused by poor cellular signals, or employer employment decisions.
10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (UU ITE Law No. 11/2008 & UU PDP Law No. 27/2022). Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
